These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of martsupport.online and the shopping-assistance services offered by UNI SPEED LINK LLC under the MartSupport brand ("we", "us"). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are, and who we are not

MartSupport is an independent business. We are not a retailer, not any retailer's customer service department, and not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Walmart or any other retailer. Retailer and brand names mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

2. The service

We provide paid, human-led shopping guidance: product research, comparisons, product finding and shopping lists, delivered according to the plan and scope we agree with you. The scope and price are explained before paid work begins, and we start only after you agree. See our Pricing page for the current plans.

3. What we do not do

• We do not access or manage retailer accounts, passwords, orders, returns, refunds, memberships or payments.
• We do not provide a retailer's official customer support, and we cannot change, cancel or track your orders with any seller.
• We do not guarantee the lowest price, stock, delivery times, compatibility or fit.
• We do not purchase products on your behalf. You buy directly from the seller you choose, unless a separate arrangement is explicitly agreed in writing.
• We do not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, electrical, plumbing or safety advice.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information about what you need.
• Verify product details, availability, price, compatibility and return terms with the seller before you buy.
• Do not share retailer passwords, one-time passcodes or other login credentials with us.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are one-time service fees for research and guidance, confirmed with you before work begins. They do not include the cost of any product, which you pay to the seller. We do not enroll you in subscriptions or recurring charges without your clear, separate agreement. Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Third-party sellers and information

Our guidance is based on information available to us at the time, which comes from sellers, manufacturers and other sources we do not control. Sellers set their own prices, stock, promotions, shipping and return terms, which can change at any time. Your purchase is a contract between you and the seller and is subject to the seller's terms.

7. Communications

When you call us or ask us to call you back, you agree that we may contact you at that number about your request. We will not use your number for unrelated marketing without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information, including call recording notices.

8. Acceptable use of the website

You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, impersonate us or any other person, or use it to mislead others about our relationship with any retailer.

9. Intellectual property

The website, text, design and the MartSupport name and logo belong to UNI SPEED LINK LLC or its licensors. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Deliverables we prepare for you may be used by you for your own shopping decisions. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

10. Disclaimers

The website and our guidance are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our guidance is informational and is not a guarantee of any outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UNI SPEED LINK LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses arising from purchases you make from sellers or from seller information that is inaccurate or changes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which UNI SPEED LINK LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continued use of the service after that date means you accept the changes.
