Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UNI SPEED LINK LLC ("we", "us"), which operates the MartSupport brand and the website martsupport.online, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information. It applies to visitors of this website and to people who contact us by phone. We collect only the information we need to provide and improve the service.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us, for example when you call us or request assistance:
- Contact details, such as your name and phone number.
- Details about what you want help researching, such as product types, budget, features and preferences.
- Billing information if you agree to a paid plan. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor.
- Anything else you choose to tell us when you communicate with us.
Information collected automatically when you visit this website:
- Device and browser information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you view.
- Interactions such as clicks on our phone-call buttons. A click records that a call link was selected; it does not mean a call was connected.
2. Information we do not want
We will never ask for your retailer account passwords, one-time passcodes, or login credentials, and we do not need access to your retailer accounts. Please do not share these with anyone claiming to represent us. Do not send payment card numbers or government identification numbers by email or text message.
3. How we use information
- To provide the shopping assistance you request and to communicate with you about it.
- To explain pricing, take payment for plans you agree to, and keep business and tax records.
- To operate, secure and improve this website and our service.
- To measure whether our website and advertising are working, in aggregate.
- To comply with legal obligations and to prevent fraud and abuse.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as telephone, payment processing, hosting and analytics providers, who may use it only to perform services for us.
- Professional advisers, regulators or authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor, if our business is merged, sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
We do not share your information with retailers or sellers to purchase anything on your behalf, because we do not make purchases for you.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure the results of our advertising, such as whether a visit led to a call. We use the Google tag, which sends information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit to Google so we can measure the performance of our Google Ads campaigns. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy, and you can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Where required by law we ask for consent before using non-essential technologies. You can control cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request where applicable law requires it. Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not respond to them separately.
6. Telephone calls
If we record or monitor a call for quality or training purposes, we will tell you at the start of the call. If you do not want a call recorded, tell us and we will end the recording or the call. We use your phone number to respond to your request, including calling you back if you ask us to. We do not use it for unrelated telemarketing without your consent.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and request a copy.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To make a request, call us at +1 (888) 317-4337 or use the details on our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof of their authority. If we decline a request you may appeal by contacting us again, and you may also contact your state attorney general.
10. Children
Our website and service are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party websites
Our site may link to third-party websites, including retailers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
