Advertising Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
UNI SPEED LINK LLC, operating as MartSupport, advertises its independent shopping-assistance service online. This policy describes the standards we hold our advertising to, so that you know what to expect before you click or call.
1. We are an independent business
MartSupport is an independent, paid service. We are not a retailer and not any retailer's official customer service or support line, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Walmart or any other retailer. Our advertisements, website and phone greeting identify us as MartSupport.
2. What our advertising will and will not say
Our ads and landing pages are intended to describe only what we actually provide:
- Human-led help researching products, comparing options, finding specific items and preparing shopping lists.
- A paid service, with the scope and price explained before any paid work begins.
Our ads will not claim or imply that we can:
- Provide a retailer's official customer support, or speak or act on a retailer's behalf.
- Change, track, cancel or resolve orders, returns, refunds, memberships or accounts with a retailer.
- Access, recover or manage retailer accounts, passwords or payment information.
- Guarantee the lowest price, stock, discounts or compatibility.
3. Use of retailer names and trademarks
We may refer to a retailer by name only to describe where products are sold or to clarify that we are not affiliated with it. We do not use retailer logos, brand colors, uniforms, product pages or packaging in our advertising, and we do not use a retailer's name in a way that suggests we are, or are connected to, that retailer. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Price transparency
We do not advertise free services we do not offer, invented discounts or unverified savings claims, and we do not use false urgency such as fake countdowns or scarcity. Our current plans and fees are listed on the Pricing page. Fees are one-time, exclude product costs, and are confirmed with you before paid work starts.
5. Consistency between ads, website and calls
The message in an ad should match the landing page it leads to and the conversation you have when you call. When you call, we introduce ourselves as MartSupport, explain that we are an independent paid service, and review the scope and price with you before you decide whether to proceed.
6. Reviews and testimonials
We do not publish fabricated reviews, testimonials, ratings, customer counts or credentials. If we publish any in future, they will be genuine and verifiable.
7. Advertising platform policies and measurement
We aim to comply with the advertising policies of the platforms we use, including their rules on misrepresentation, trademarks, pricing and personalized advertising. We use Google's advertising measurement tag to learn which ads lead to calls; see our Privacy Policy for how information is handled and how to opt out.
8. Report a concern
If you believe one of our advertisements is misleading, or you reached us believing we were a retailer's official support, please tell us. Call +1 (888) 317-4337 or use the contact page, and we will review the ad and correct it where needed. If you are looking for a retailer's official support, please contact that retailer directly through its own website or app.
